Some time back I mixed African Bird pepper with the Amish made B&W ointment as a method to inrease the blood circulation. This seemed ideal "IF" the skin was in good shape the injury internal and not a burn or scrape.



I am past the stage of using the plain B&W on my leg/ankle and started the blended hot-pepper/ointment mixture. This increases healing because the blood must come to remove the cayenne and in doing so increases the replacement of the damaged cells.
