certainly appears that way. The ongoing plan to create racial conflict in the U.S. also continues to gather steam following the trayvon martin psy-op... this morning it dawned on me that the Detroit bankruptcy is probably part of this game... not that detroit isn't bankrupt, but, that it doesn't get bailed out because the sudden evaporation of pensions and benefits to so many (black) detroit residents (former city employees) is going to create quite a bit of anger in that community... which will tptb will probably attempt to direct at whites... while on the other hand, whites will be manipulated into blaming minority laziness and sloth for detroit's problems... when in reality, all of this is the end result of a central banking scam that skims off wealth over time and leaves people wondering what happened.

victims obviously should not fight amongst themselves, but rather, should turn their attention to the true theives and criminals hiding in the shadows.
