I don't recommend to ingest garlic. I use to do this in the past but it is not doable long term if you want to go out, meet people, smell good, be attractive, or if you have to work with others people, it stinks too much, you smell what i mean.

There are many others herbs or treatments with anti helminths or anti protozoas or anti fungus properties. See the previous posts on these forums. Many are full of beliefs and nonsense but many are interesting.
