I want to thank you for posting your courageous experiences, and for reaching out to help give hope to those who are in such pain that ending their lives by their own hands seems to be the only option.

There are always options, even if none of them are pleasant or simple. And, I've had my own bouts with suicidal thoughts - anyone who is experiencing a traumatic event is capable of going down that dark, dark path. But, as you pointed out, Life is full of experiences that we're meant to "feel" and learn from.
