Thank you for your input, this does sound logical. My energy and ability to think feel just as sluggish as ever, how ever I do believe I am merely scratching the surface of the Liver Flushing progress, as my poor diet habits dated back to when I was just starting kindergarten (Fast food, doughnuts, candy, a lot of wheat foods, and more fast food!). More flushes will be commenced and progress will be recorded.
