garlic oil placed in a spray bottle, along with some saline solution will do a great job. Who knows, the fenben added in might help but it tastes so bad that the resultant post nasal drip would not be fun but then nothing about our sickness is fun. A bit of the Tinactin liquid antifungal added in would certainly be of more positive consequences. I place the Tinactin or Premier (generic) antifungal on a q-tip for the ear issues. It WORKS GREAT!
