I was doing fine with two droppers of trap's 2% which is roughly the same amount of elemental. Everybody is different but it seems most problems with Iodine stem from a bad reaction to the elemental, perhaps powering through with a larger dose is the answer but just from personal experience I've never experienced a bad reaction from day one. Again I'm no expert but just one drop of Lugols is more than the general population gets in a week.
