I read somewhere you can put as much as 150 drops of the Clarkia extra strength in an enema, if that helps. Sometimes our top loading process is so gunked up, it's best to come in from the bottom. Never thought I'd say that - ew, but enemas have been saving my life lately! Good luck~bb
