Hi guys!

I am taking around 50 mg of Ioderal and feel like pure crap. I am taking all the companion nutrients and drinking lots of fresh water etc. I was thinking about bumping up my Iodine intake to 100mg because I read that it helps a lot of people out on here. My question is should I take 100mg of Ioderal? Or SSKI ? OR Lugol's? I guess I really don't understand what SSKI is and do I need to take another form of Iodine along with the SSKI ? Which is better? I feel depressed, sinus aches, muscle pains, headaches, joint pain. I also read that SSKI is better for depression. If that is the case how can I swing this? I need the best possible combination that you guys think will cause mental clarity because I'm about to start the hardest school of my life in about half a month!
