I tried a clove of raw garlic last night and got some major gas and indigestion, not too mention got very confused and had multiple small blackouts, which I seem to have when I eat a major food allergen... so hard for me to tell.

I would definitely not eat it on an empty stomach right away... probably after a meal... raw garlic is definitely a superfood, but as you all know, the best foods can be the worst for people with leaky gut/candida. :/
