my kidneys hurt badly, my head was exploding and my blood pressure would spike(no readings on that but my veins were sticking out). i read the thallium posts and doubled the potassium. better but still basically the same. my face still feels like i either havent slept or i slept too much. been sleeping hard since i quit.

thanks for asking. i dont like being whiney and i am definitely my own source of difficulty, procrastination and distraction being high on the list.
