Forgot to mention, when I did the coq10 thng I didnt realize it was for parasites, I thought it was liver or something, and boy oh boy a huge mamma came out of me. About an inch in diameter maybe more, and two visible segments that were eight and ten inches at least! I think more was twisted up in stool pics I posted under "warning graphic photos" section. All I know is you WILL get some results with the coffee enema and the coq10 and they are both instantaneous and you'll know right away if you have critters.
