do a search on castor oil packs - apparently they soak oil in over your belly through to the lymphatic channels and grease it up nice and quickly! Also kinda relaxing with the heat. I should be doing like 2 a day. They help with bowel stuff and liver stuff too. I have flukes, brother, and boy are there a zillion of them!!!!
