Yes I eat it, as in, raw, put it straight in my mouth and chew. It BURNS my mouth for one, then hurts my stomach for a good 10min +, and eventually I'll get reactions in my stomach and acid climb-ups, heavy burping.

I'll try the one clove per day in stead of two. Thanks for your advice !
