Taming The mind is such an important part of the fasting process.
I feel that if someone believes that they need coffee to start a fast
And that keeps them on the path to a long detox, why not?
I have never felt the benefits from a short fast as much as
A longer fast so I think the longer fast is the way to go.
If you ask me the short fast is a form of self torture!
