(Anti Candida) Low Carbs, No sugars. Protiens (Eggs, Chicken, Beef, Fish), Salads. Brown Rice in small amounts, occasionally Corn torillas. I drink Tea, but no coffee.
I think stronger Antifungals affect my liver?, Taking Both SF722 and Nystatin at same time may have been too much.

Im just taking SF722 and GSE, Garlic now and seem to be doing ok. I think I may add Nystatin back in lower doeses? Ive also been doing nystatin retension Enemas which have helped alot.
