I've been suffering from "IBS-C" for years and know my gut flora is out of whack. I have a Candida overgrowth as well. I've tried many probiotics, which were all about the same-failures. I've also tried many supplements without success. They all contain lactobacillus or Bifdobacteria. Then today I discovered that probiotic supplements don't even colonize the intestines permanently. Apparently L and B probiotics aren't even the most common. I came across this graph which shows the common healthy bacteria amounts.

Are there no supplements containing bacteria like the Bacteroids?

Fecal transplants aren't available in my area.
