Thanx for the insight.

Just done a 14 day OJ fast along with other cleanups, and have seen my health/mental well being go up in leaps and bounds.

I am converted so to speak! 1 month ago the idea off fully raw, and lots of OJ was a big no no. Now, I will not look back.
