My wife has narcissism, a lot of rage and possibly a personality disorder. She is very reactant.
I cant leave her because I think she has a mental illness.
I need a local support group to talk to but I am not sure exactly what kind of group to join.
Most groups are for abused women and I am not sure if I should be with a mental health support group or an abused spouse group for men if there is such a group.
Any advice would be appreciated.
