Any source of stress will cause GAS.

Excessive exercise, toxins, stress activated genes from Epigenetics, etc.

And although Dr Selye did not starve the rats to see if it would cause the same organ damage as other source of stress, I don't doubt that it would.

The problem is you are a one trick pony. You act like starvation is the ONLY thing that can cause it, and ignore anything else.

But at least you finally admit that adrenal fatigue /GAS exists....so I guess that is a start.

So hopefully you will no longer tell people on the Adrenal Fatigue forum that adrenal fatigue isn't real.

Can we agree on that? That it exists? And any source of stress can cause it.
