Hi MCW,

Sure, I can share what supplements I was on! :)

After my first retest when I was in three lows:

Megapan**
Paramin
Zinc
Renamide
Thyro Complex**
Endo Dren**
Endo Veggies**
Fish Oil
Selenium
Vit D3
GB3

The supplements with astericks behind them, I wasn't able to tolerate back then, so I didn't take them. I did take 1/4 of the Megapan on days I wasn't anxious. And I didn't take the fish oil or D3 all the time. I was having a lot of nausea and IBS back then, and from past experience I knew that adding D3 and Fish oil wouldn't help much when I felt that way. The glandulars gave me worse anxiety, but I don't want to warn anyone away from them. It's just that I've had a history of not being able to tolerate most supplements in the past, but this is getting better. I'm saving the glandulars for down the road if I am recommended to take them some other time. I'm sure I'll be better able to tolerate them down the line as I improve.

Of the supplements I could handle, I took fractional doses and didn't work up to nearly the full dose even after 4 months.

After my second test, I was in four lows and was/am taking these supplements:

Limcomin
Taurine
Paramin
GB3
Renamide
Selenium
Fish Oil
Vit D3
TMG**

I'm taking the full dose of most of these supplements. The Limcomin really helps me feel calm, as do the Paramin and Taurine. The Paramin can knock me out easily, so I go easy on it. It's definitely good for calming. I'm waiting to start the TMG because I want to find out if I'm an over or undermethylator before taking it.
