I tried H&S years ago but it stung and left irritated redness so I stopped after some weeks. The SD did not seem to improve,as the flaking and peeling continued. Lately someone mentioned using the CONDITIONER not shampoo. I used it a couple of weeks, leaving it on like a moisturizer and replacing it after washing. There did not seem to be any improvement, so I am trying just Sea Salt alone, no soaps or moisturizers. So far a week and less flaking.
