Good point on feeling well and actually being well. I hope I don't eat these words, but I haven't gotten a real cold/flu in quite some time, years really, since doing I-o-dine in more than the bare minimum daily dose (ie. upper RDA limit). Then again, it may be also the working out and eating better. However, there is still lots of stress, but somehow I cope.
