Yes, some people are so loaded with toxins that 1 drop a day is way too much. I have always suggested to put 1 drop in a bottle of water, then drink 1 ounce of this water a day until the water is gone. Then put 2 drops into the water and drink 1 ounce a day. Etc and slowly titrate up to 1 drop of Lugols a day. This has worked well for many people.
