wow, i have bone pain (but not sure it's due to PMS phase)...fatigued yes and skin is unstable - white heads and what seems like pimples have appeared out of no where! The bone pain is the real killer, never had this till i started NB, so i assume it's detoxing. No head aches but emotional upset yes, swings from anxiety to Depression and back to anxiety. One thing i don't get anymore is insomnia!...yay!
