Its good you didnt hit the meds, I made the pharma mistake, and paid big for it.

When I first experienced AF, I had no idea what it was, and spent a year with terrible insomnia, and 'living in a dream world', i thought my brain was broken. I remember one time, being at work (an active physical job) walking around outside like I was on a different planet. Then I experience benzo withdrawal and realise what depersonalisation and derealisation was, and immediately remembered back to those early AF signs.
