I'm not sure either. It looks like a fluke. I just can't fathom that many being in a person at one time. I had two move thru a bile duct at the same time. I pushed them thru. I guess it's possible but man. I just can't quite imagine having that many. I have generally killed 30 at a time more or less. Grudgingly mixing different medicines and herbs. This has happened only twice. That's phenomenal if you are getting that many out of there.
