Thanks for that, interesting. I def have leaky gut, possibly one of the worst cases on earth. Hence yes, reacting to pretty much every food I eat. I think the molecules probably just cross the gut barrier too big and the immune system goes haywire attacking everything. Hence water only is all that 'agrees' so to speak.

You say you found a way to eat without reactions.. but how? If you reacted to everything as well, how did you do it?

Yeah I've tried loads of aloe vera juice and none of them really make any difference to the level im at now. Really the only things that make any difference are things that effect the liver or detoxification in regards to strong reactions, usually negative followed by possible positive. What's the aloe brand that worked for you?
