hey J, will you be calling the radio station with your experience? I think it'd be great for you to be on air and talking to Brooks as part of his next radio date...He wants to hear from you, I'm sure!


I think it's too bad you are being discouraged to post here on this subject...no one is promoting this (diet-week) as a singular way of life, that I can see! That would be seriously in error, however, self-experimentation has always been the 'mantra' around here--and you certainly have not given the impression of being someone foolish and lacking in vision: merely open-minded, with a view to living closer to light.
