i am about to do the flush today and i need someone to guide me thru it - my main question is , i did not do an ultrasound recently and i am afraid if a stone will get stuck and it could cause me to have to be rushed to the emergency room . i have been eating the right foods for the past week ,so it should probably all be soft enuf in there ?
please somebody help !
