I read a post today by someone in the comments section of Mercola's Vitamin K article, that there is a new form of oral Magnesium called PICO-­IONIC MAGNESIUM. It's supposed to be the most absorbable and doesn't give any side effects. I have never heard of it. It might be worth checking out.
