Just wanted to check back in & say the Violet Extract helped but did not cure. It would calm down my flare up but leave lots of dryness. The a few days later I would have a break out again. About a week or so ago I added California Baby Calendula cream into my routine. I wash with Coconut oil in the evening, rub in some violet extract & then moisturize with calendula cream. In the morning I only rinse my face with cool water in the shower & then reapply my violet extract & calendula cream. I am pretty much cured. I haven't had bumps or dryness since the first day after I began using the cream. I did miss one evening & woke up with bumps in the morning. As soon as I applied the cream they pretty much went away. I still have a little discoloration from where the rash has been but nothing too obvious. I am going to purchase pure calendula oil from Herb Pharm. I know everyone has a different story but my cure was certainly calendula.
