am afraid to go high carb with my Sugar problem really i dont know what it is. i talked to the sensbilehelth lady over the phone that sells the gold coin grass and chinese bitters she says its beacause of gallballder stone and a weak spleen am going to look into the genestra ichol plus. i had an ultrasound done on my gallblallder there was no inflamed one so i dont now
