Hi. I was not advised to buy TEI's magnesium , just 'magnesium', both in oral form and the gel/oil. Right now we are rotating between taking Mag Calm drink and Mag glycinate, along with ample supply of Magnesium oil/gel. The transdermal Magnesium has been a huge factor in my turnaround. I feel the difference after I apply it almost immediately.. If I take too much oral magnesium I get cramps and diarrhea.
