That diet was kind of like mine but I just got sicker and sicker. Going high-carb/low-fat with lots of fruit and starches has been getting me better. I also had what I believe was an inflamed gallbladder like you are describing that improve after I started taking Genestra Ichol Plus and that's about the only supplement you'll see me recommend around here.
