CAUTION: I have had tinnitus since using the audio frequencies through the crystal. SO until i find a solution to this or it goes away PLEASE AVOID USING THE CRYSTALS AND AUDIO FREQUENCIES. I think there's probobly a better way without having to go through tinnitus.
