I've been staying away from alcohol mostly, but tonight I poured myself a glass of wine, and after drinking half of it, I realized I didn't want any more, and poured the rest back in the bottle. Previously when I was drinking more, I would have a hard time staying with just one glass. I can only assume that as we detox, we have less desire for toxifying substances.
