I recommend GSE (if liquid) before meals. But when taken dried (as a standardized extract) in combo with several other anti-fungals in tableted form - with foods. You can take anti-fungals with or before meals as well, this will "spread" the anti action.

Mixing sugar with colloidal silver? What are you on about!
AVOID sugar, don't even go there.
