I would suggest putting the actual chemical ( horse paste or whatever it is that kills pinworms directly on your anus maybe even inside? ) If you're okay ingesting it, there shouldn't be a problem inserting it from the bottom, you need the chemical to come in contact with the worms, its better that way because it doesn't lose it's effectiveness going through the digestive process.
