Actually I forgot to tell you, buy (or put) the cayenne in capsules as well as the turmeric. I even tried juicing garlic and using an eyedropper to put it in capsules. You can handle a lot more this way. Don't go hogwild and do 4 capsules of each with every meal but I think pick two and use 2 capsules per meal of each to start. Don't worry, it is probably from handling a puppy or kitten that had not been dewormed.
