Yeah, I'm happy for you that you have been able to mentally get past EC and you are in a better state. But daily exfoliating is not being cured, sorry.

Unfortunately this condition can't be cured by not thinking about it and not looking in the mirror. People have been talking about that forever, and quite honestly it's absurd. Whoever believes this... good luck
