Thanks for the information. I looked into it, and it is far too expensive for me. To take it for a month would cost a lot of money. I think I need to take the Lip-C for awhile to heal my liver and intestines , otherwise lots of things won't get absorbed into my system and I would just be wasting my money anyway. This is my second day on the magnesium, I will let you know how that goes. Glad you got away for awhile. I found that if I take too much of the Lip-C I get a lot of gas. I am taking two tablespoons about five times a day now with no problems. Sometimes I take more to speed this healing along, but I do get gas from it. Hope this helps you decide how much to take. Each person is different. My adult son takes it also, and he lets me know when we get low on it. He says it gives him lots more energy and makes him think clearer.
