I barely use a tablespoon. I use it every time I shampoo which Is every day.

I continue to use it and rarely feel the creepy crawlies. I plan to keep it a part of my regular routine indefinitely! It feels great!

I hope that helps. I have short hair so this works for me but I only use it on my scalp. You may need more if you are using it all through your hair.
