That list of symptoms is kind of odd. Hmm..

1. Check your body temperature a few times a day, Anything less than 98.0 is typically metabolic in origin.

3. Get Thyroid Labs Free T3, and Free T4.

4. Maybe get sex hormones too.

Playing the guessing game "What do I have", w/o evidence can be bad. Maybe it's just anxiety. Fasting is hard on the body if you are in a weakened state. Get some labs and report back.
