please please try this for three days. after 19 years i am no longer suffering. follow the steps below
1. align probiotics (cvs pharmacy) with every meal
2. liquid oxygen 3x a day empty stomach
3. miralax each night until you move your bowels regularly
4. activa once a day
please please please try this program - the probiotics replaces Antibiotics . must be align probiotics not all probiotic Align are the same so use align
