Hmmm, not sure if I am taking care of the kidneys, I figured the salt water I drank helped and the fact that I no longer indulge in all sugary drinks. I will look into the search you provided. Thanks!

I am definitely hydrated I feel. I follow the "water cure" and my urine is never darker yellow. So hopefully all is well on that.

I will try the exfoliation, as I definitely could probably use that, I never really wash my face, but never seen the need to do so. I thought skin health was internal.

It just seems like it all started with iodine, but on a positive note, many other positive things have come about. I just don't want to look older. Haha
