Great stuff Sherpa!Thanks
I found a piece of info there which reminded me of an older post "Net surfing taxes adrenals". The site says something like "make sure you relax your body by making phisical activity so to relax your nerves" or similar .
I was wondering if surfing on PC or reading on PC/phone is not keeping the body and thus also the nervous system in a "constriction state - constinuous low wired conected state".
Cause everytime i work on PC/phone I feel nervous and "stressed"...and the minute I start moving its better.
Its hard to explain in a second language...hm
