Hi, I found that the workings out of your blood group's tolerances, has to be modified by various other individual influences.
According to LD'Adamos further investigations, in his book "maximise your health," our blood group is paired up with other blood groups genetically.
Which automatically changes the bodies agreeability with foods that would otherwise have a negative reaction( and vies versa) . He also specifies that an individuals place of living and growing up, will also influence the evolution of individual blood groups and their tolerances. Personally I think he is right. I feel that each person has their own taste buds and stomach preferences. Watching carefully how your metabolism and your senses react to a particular herb, spice, vegetable, etc would be the right path to finding out what is best for you. Needles to say that if the love of your senses tends to branch toward the unhealthy substances, ere levant to bloods groups, and in unhealthy doses, then that would have to be addressed more seriously . i have a very sweet tooth and love chocolate! but the rest of my food intake is amazing so i find ways to entertain my taste buds, the sweet ones!!! i create Beautiful deserts and snacks that are not as bad as chocolate cream butter crisps etc. replacing Sugar with sweetener and avoiding all fatty substances it is amazing how many lovely things you can replace these items with :)
The rest; well you have to examine your responses to your intakes and follow what feels good to your body and puts a smile on your face .Having the knowledge of what our individual blood groups require to maintain perfect health can only be an asset to our way of life. Also I find that if you really enjoy cooking there is very little you cannot achieve with some fresh produce herbs and spices and a little taste buds. Oh and always try to keep physically fit as in a little walking exercise etc .
I hope you find my opinion has helped.
