I stopped playing with yourself, spanking the monkey for lent one time. It was some of the most miserable 40 days of my life. The incessant clitoral throbbing is very distracting. I cannot imagine how something like that contributes to mental clarity for anyone. It does have it's rewards, however. ON the 40th day/night, I dreamed Jesus was douching me and the warm water gave me an orgasm in my sleep. I guess you could say I had a wet dream. I am not kidding or making this up, either. I'm just saying it's moot. When the body wants to have an orgasm, it will. Unless you hire a body guard to watch you sleep and shake you awake if you start making orgasmic sounds during REM. This abstinence stuff sounds humanly impossible to me.
