One thing I tried that has helped me feel some better was eating mostly raw along with blending any type of green with a lemon or lime and drinking that, also. After about 3 weeks of mostly raw with little fat or cooked food I started to feel better and my eyes seemed brighter. I started with a slight cough which was bringing up some old stuff. I think all the enzymes and live nutrients were working together to clean my body. I'm type A blood and do well on lots of fruits and veggies anyway and plus I love them which helps.
